MK Hair and Beauty Palace

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by MK Hair and Beauty Palace.

1. Appointment Booking

Appointments can be made through our booking systems, phone, or in person.

A 25% deposit is required to confirm appointments.

2. Lateness Policy

Clients are expected to arrive on time for appointments.

If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on availability.

If we have not heard from the client 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, the booking will be treated as a no-show, and a 50% service fee will apply.

3. Pricing

Service prices may vary depending on hair length, texture, thickness, and the complexity of the service required.

Prices may vary by up to 10% based on these factors.

4. Parking Policy

MK Hair and Beauty Palace does not have a private parking facility.

However, convenient parking options are available nearby:

30-minute to 2-hour street parking located directly in front of the salon
Nearby public parking areas with typical rates between $9 and $12

Clients are advised to allow extra time before their appointment to secure parking.

5. Client Conduct

To maintain a safe and respectful environment, we reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who:

Behave in a disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate manner
Appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Have a medical or physical condition that may be negatively affected by the requested service

6. Right to Refuse Service

MK Hair and Beauty Palace reserves the right to decline or discontinue services when necessary to protect the wellbeing of clients and staff.

7. Changes to Policies

MK Hair and Beauty Palace may update these policies from time to time. Updated versions will be made available on our website or within the salon.
